Resilience Therapy Services, LLC (RTS) began as a simple idea. Built around the desire to provide speech and language therapy services in a fun, creative, and effective way while not being constricted. It’s meant to be a place where students, clients, and the therapists themselves feel calm, strong, motivated, excited, and proud, rather than burnt out, overwhelmed, and tired. 

 

Resilience Therapy Services is a mobile private practice, meaning we do not have a brick and mortar clinic (yet!). We directly contract with a variety of entities and travel to their locations to provide services. We’re able to contract with schools (private & public), skilled nursing facilities, assisted nursing facilities, home health agencies, hospitals, outpatient clinics, or really anywhere that could use an SLP. We also provide services to clients directly in their homes. 

 

On the SLP side, RTS strives to cultivate a work environment that’s positive, calm, and easy going. Unlike several other work settings, that leave us feeling burnt out, constantly behind, unsupported, and unheard. RTS is owned and operated by an SLP, you can read about her in “Staff”! We worked so very hard for our degree, we deserve to go to work feeling excited, motivated, fairly compensated (because, hey, we did pay ALOT for that degree), and that we’re actually making a difference in those we serve. RTS is a place that bridges that gap.
